What is Craftly?

Craftly is a subscription box service that connects eco-conscious brands with consumers who care deeply about their health, the people, the environment, and animal welfare. We currently offer our lifestyle box and beauty box (coming soon).

How much does Craftly cost?

$29.95 every other month + free shipping within the United States.

What types of items can I expect in my subscription box?

We send a combination of 100% cruelty-free and vegan beauty products for women, grooming products for men, healthy teas and snacks, personal accessories, and home accessories. Each box comes with 4 full and deluxe-sized items centered around a specific theme.

Vegan? How come you featured leather and [name other non-vegan product here]?

Since our last box August 2017, we have decided to officially rebrand our boxes as 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We invite you to read our story on how we’ve evolved as a brand!

Will I ever receive duplicate items?

You will not receive the same product more than once. However, there is a possibility of receiving a similar product, from a different brand, in a future box, or receiving different products from the same brand.

Are all the brands you work with 100% cruelty-free and 100% vegan?

We are featuring brands that are 100% cruelty-free. The products we feature are 100% vegan. Some CF brands may offer non-vegan products, but we are picking their 100% vegan products!

Shipping Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Subscription boxes shipped to the United States are FREE!

International orders will incur an additional shipping charge that will be calculated based on your shipping address at checkout.

Important Note: Please be aware that international packages may be subject to import duties and we are not responsible for covering those costs. Sadly, this is beyond our control. You may also be subject to a small fee from your bank for purchasing from a foreign country. Again, this is NOT a fee from Craftly and you should discuss this with your bank.

When should I expect to receive my subscription box after placing an order?

We ship our subscription boxes between:

Dec. 15-19, 2017 for the December Box
Feb. 15-19, 2018 for the February Box
Apr. 16-18, 2018 for the April Box
Jun. 15-19, 2018 for the June Box
Aug. 15-17, 2018 for the August Box
Oct. 15-17, 2018 for the October Box
Dec. 17-19, 2018 for the December Box

Domestic orders will generally arrive 2-7 business days after they ship.
International orders will generally arrive 6-10 business days after they ship.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your subscription box has shipped, you will immediately receive an email confirmation which includes your tracking number. You can track it on the order tracking page here or by visiting USPS. If you are still having trouble locating your package(s), send an email to support@craftly.com.

Do you ship to overseas military addresses?

Of course! We support our service men, women and their families. Since each military post office has its own protocol and security measures, delivery time may be longer.

My subscription box was received damaged and/or I am missing items!

Please take photos and contact support@craftly.com as soon as possible. We can resend items lost or damaged or send a replacement (based on available inventory).

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

I made a mistake! Is it too late to update my order?

Oh no! Please send an email to support@craftly.com immediately and we’ll do our best to help you out!

What is your cancellation policy?

Aww! Please help us out by emailing support@craftly.com with feedback. We would definitely miss you! But we understand if Craftly is not right for you at the moment. You can also skip a box by emailing us!

In order to get a full refund, you must cancel by the following dates (Pacific Time):

Oct. 24, 2017, to cancel your subscription starting with the December Box
Dec 24, 2017, to cancel your subscription starting with the February Box
Feb. 24, 2018, to cancel your subscription starting with the April Box
Apr. 24, 2018, to cancel your subscription starting with the June Box
Jun. 24, 2018, to cancel your subscription starting with the August Box
Aug. 24, 2018, to cancel your subscription starting with the October Box
Oct. 24, 2018, to cancel your subscription starting with the December Box

I was grandfathered, but I had to/have to cancel. I’m ready to subscribe again! Will I pay the same price?

Ah! Unfortunately, you will not be able to re-subscribe to our grandfathered list and will have to pay the current price.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If we made a mistake or the package arrived defective, please contact us at support@craftly.com and we’ll make things right. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed/unopened) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is your exchange policy?

If you need to make an exchange due to box preference, coverage for shipping both ways will be expected.

To exchange a subscription box please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the desired box preference. (We cannot guarantee all box preferences will be in stock for exchanges.)

Please send an email to support@craftly.com and be sure to include your full name, address, order number, and when you plan to mail your return.

Once your package is received, your new subscription box will be shipped out.

If you are a new subscriber, and you signed up between:

Oct. 26, 2017 – Dec. 25, 2017, to receive the February Box
Dec. 26, 2017 – Feb. 25, 2018, to receive the April Box
Feb. 26, 2018 – Apr. 25, 2018, to receive the June Box

You will be charged instantly to receive the box during the period you signed up, and subsequently be rebilled the next cycle on the 25th.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Due to our business presence in California, we are required to charge sales tax on any orders shipped to California. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email when your box ships.
