From what order quantity can we order via the company channel?
You can order from us via the corporate customer channel for 50 packages or more.

Can I create a custom package for my company with Craftly? Can we put our company logo on the packages?
Would you like to personalize the design of the package and add your company logo? Let's talk! If you order 500 packages or more, we can process your order with your personal design. Please note that the sooner the better! During seasonal business, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to implement changes at short notice.

Can I handle individual shipping via DYG (dropshipping)?
Do your packages need to be sent to different addresses? That's no problem for us! For orders of 300 packages or more, we can happily ship them individually!

How long does it take to deliver the packages?
Shipping within Germany takes between 2-4 working days. Shipping abroad (EU) takes 3-5 working days.
