What is Craftly?

Craftly is a subscription box service that connects modern makers with creative and conscientious consumers on a bimonthly basis. From beautiful packaging to product design, we aim for modern aesthetics that can effortlessly be integrated into your home and lifestyle.

How much does Craftly cost?

$29.95 every other month + free shipping within the United States

What types of items can I expect in my subscription box?

We send a combination of organic and natural beauty products for women, grooming products for men, healthy teas and snacks, personal accessories, and home accessories. Each box comes with 4 full and deluxe-sized items centered around a specific theme.

Will I ever receive duplicate items?

Heck no! You will not receive the same product more than once. However, there is a possibility of receiving a similar product, from a different brand, in a future box.

Shipping Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Subscription boxes shipped to the United States are FREE!

International orders will incur an additional shipping charge that will be calculated based on your shipping address at checkout.

Important Note: Please be aware that international packages may be subject to import duties and we are not responsible for covering those costs. Sadly, this is beyond our control. You may also be subject to a small fee from your bank for purchasing from a foreign country. Again, this is NOT a fee from Craftly and you should discuss this with your bank.

When should I expect my box?

New subscribers who sign up before the 15th will receive the current cycle’s box! All subscription orders processed after the 15th will ship in the next cycle.

Sign up between:
Dec. 15 – Feb. 14, 2017, to receive the February Box
Feb. 15 – Apr. 14, 2017, to receive the April Box
Apr. 15 – Jun. 14, 2017, to receive the June Box
Jun. 15 – Aug. 14, 2017, to receive the August Box
Aug. 15 – Oct. 14, 2017, to receive the October Box
Oct. 15 – Dec. 14, 2017, to receive the December Box

We ship between the 15th-18th of each month  (provided that it does not fall on a weekend or holiday) after payment has cleared. Your box should arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping. Expect between 6-10 days for most international shipments. You will receive tracking information when your box ships.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your subscription box has shipped, you will immediately receive an email confirmation which includes your tracking number. You can track it by visiting USPS. If you are still having trouble locating your package(s), send an email to  support@craftly.com.

Do you ship to overseas military addresses?

Of course! We support our service men, women and their families. Since each military post office has its own protocol and security measures, delivery time may be longer.

My box was received damaged and/or I am missing items!

Please take photos and contact support@craftly.com as soon as possible. We can resend items lost or damaged or send a replacement if we’re out of inventory.

Account & Billing

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel prior to your respective renewal date. If your subscription has already renewed and you would like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 14th of the month to be eligible for a refund. If you do not cancel prior to the 14th of the month, you cannot be refunded for that month’s shipment. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will need an account to place an order for a box subscription. You will not need an account to place an order for other shop items.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email when your box ships.

My subscription box was returned to you. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately at support@craftly.com to let us know. We will also contact you once we receive subscription boxes returned to us by the post office. We are not responsible for shipping charges on boxes returned to us.

What should I do? My product is lost/damaged!

Oh, no! We do our best not to let this happen. Please reach out to the carrier if this happens! For insured packages, including priority mail, you can file a claim with USPS.

Shipping

Orders are shipped every Friday. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout based on your destination.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales from the shop are final. If you wish to exchange for a different size, a $5 restocking fee, plus coverage for shipping both ways will be expected.

If there is any damage to your items or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us! We will do our best to make it right.
