What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for corporate customers is 50.

Can I design a custom package for my company, or add our company logo to packages?

For orders of 100 units or more, we can provide a custom design. Please note, the sooner you make your order, the better. During peak periods: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day, we unfortunately cannot implement changes at short notice.

Can we add something to the package?

Want to enclose a greeting card for your customers or employees as a thank you? No problem.

Can I handle individual shipping via DYG (dropshipping)?

For orders of 100 units or more, we can ship packages to single addresses.

How long is your delivery time?

Within Germany, shipping takes between 2-4 business days. Shipping to other countries within the EU takes 3-5 business days.

Do you also host tasting events?

Currently, we have no capacity to host tasting events. However, we are happy to provide you with advice on how to create your own tasting event. 

How do I get a quote?

Contact us with your request via the B2B contact form and we will send you a non-binding offer.

How does the order process work?

After you have filled out our contact form and we have sent you a non-binding offer, you can easily confirm your order by mail. We need the billing and shipping address, as well as the VAT ID of your company. The packages will then be sent on their way.

Are the boxes vegan?

All of our sets are vegan.
