good gift for someone who likes the taste of gin. good gift for someone who is hard to buy for. The decanters are nice and kind of fun to experiment with taste, the botanicals aren't that unique, but for the midwesterner it seems exotic. The packaging and the presentation are classy looking, and it doesn't look cheap. For fifty bucks, I made my wife happy and intrigued for a moment. It made her look forward to summer after this awful winter, her birthday is a very depressing February 22nd. I don't like the taste of gin, but she does, and her and her sister are those kind of folks that can sip and enjoy and not get drunk.

I liked this kit, the only issue I had was a broken vial of juniper berries. The vials are quite fragile, other than that the kit is quite fun to make your own gin with!

Looks great quality. Presentation when you open the box is beautiful. Great flavors - got as a gift, so haven't tried the infusion. Shipping and presentation are great though.

I was looking at different gin making kits for a present for my brother. This one was by far the most attractive one and I liked the amount of juniper in the kit. Most others I’ve seen only comes with enough for one batch while this is at least two. Let me tell you Im impressed. I can not comment on the flavor but if you’re looking for a good looking gift this is it. I can not wait to see my brothers reaction when he opens it. If you’re concerned -like I was- that they’re arnt enough reviews take a chance on it. Im very happy I did.

I purchased this for my mom’s 60th birthday! Pricey but definitely worth it! She was absolutely thrilled for many happy hours to come! Comes with everything the receiver would need. I also had an issue with the original package missing and Leon was SUPER helpful throughout the process!

My girlfriend bought me the """"Do Your Gin"""" home gin making kit as a surprise and it's a great gift. The packaging looks cool and professional and kit contains good quality components. I already made my first batch following one of their suggested recipes - 'the colorful'. It was pretty easy process and only took a couple minutes to mix up first the alcohol plus juniper berries and then next day the different additives. The result was a tasty unique gin - I especially enjoyed the pop of cardamom flavor. We are looking forward to trying the other recipes as well as our own twists. All and all very happy with this fun gift.
