Cocktail Menu

BRAMBLE
  • 4 cl gin
  • 1 cl simple syrup
  • 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl blackberry liqueur
  • crushed ice
Prepare your glass with crushed ice. Fill with gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Pour blackberry liqueur in a circular fashion. Garnish with two blackberries and a lemon slice.


GIN FIZZ
  • 4.5 cl gin
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • soda and ice
Mix gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup with ice cubes. Pour into a tumbler. Top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.


FRENCH 75
  • 3 cl gin
  • 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes sugar syrup
  • 6 cl champagne
Mix gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon.


VESPER
  • 6 cl gin
  • 1.5 cl vodka
  • 0.75 cl lillet blonde
  • lemon twist garnish
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Vesper was first mentioned by writer Ian Fleming in his 1953 novel Casino Royale. It‘s a true Bond-style cocktail.
